Important Development - The New Lender Direct Process

Proceed to Claim your Procuration Fee

In response to feedback this year, The Mortgage Times Group has now streamlined the process to help with claiming your procuration fees on Lender Direct cases. This new process will save you administrative time and resource and is part of a series of developments taking place in the next few months.

In short there is no longer a submission form required. All that you now need to do is complete one claim form on completion of your Lender Direct applications and the procuration fees will be paid to you on the following day (subject to confirmation from applicable lender).

Please ensure accuracy when completing the claim form, as incomplete information will result in delayed payment of your funds.

Once you have submitted the claim form you will be given the option to print or email yourself a summary sheet for your own files.

There is no need to worry in regards to any pipeline cases you may have already submitted to us. Our systems will take care of the overlap in the changing of processes. You simply submit a new claim form for any Lender Direct case that complete from now onwards to ensure funds can be released.

Please remember that this process is for cases you have dealt with the lender directly on. There is no need for you to complete a claim form for cases that have been packaged by The Mortgage Times Group – these will be paid automatically.

The Mortgage Times Group Limited reserves the right to withhold procuration fees that are not claimed within 6 months.
